Sarah, I'm on a gluten free diet and it takes a couple of months to get assimilated to the new regiment. Things like eating rice pasta instead wheat based. It is possible but if you eat a lot of bread and drink a lot of beer then your out of luck. They taste terrible. Good luck if you decide to try it.

The price of those cookies scares me. That's exactly why I'll stick to my disgusting food consumption. Also, I don't have the attention span or the self-control to keep myself from walking to the story for a chocolate bar. Kudos to you for being able to stay so healthy.
