Damn Good Website: YubNub

Tired of saving your web favorites locally? YubNub is an Internet command line tool that allows you to assign "commands" (think keyword shortcuts) to any URL you like. For example, type in "/." and YubNub directs you to slashdot.org. "Sarah" catapults you to this very page (I created it myself, naturally). As long as your command isn't already taken, you could dream up whatever cute little interweb nicknames your little heart desires, assign them to your favorite URLs, and they'll be consistent no matter what computer you hop onto. Check out the current command list to see what others are adding, and then add YubNub to your Firefox search bar.

Obviously, John-Paul, I wasn't the one running it into the ground. And if you don't have enough respect to at least 'understand' what nyg's post was about, you really are selfless, stupid fanboys and idiotic bastards.

And even though this was already evident, the least you could be, if to anyone at all, would be a human being. And it's not even that Sarah's on t.v.. That's great, that's fine. But you should respect that she's not to be treated like shit. Same goes for anyone else on this planet, and I would defend them just as well.

That, and my relationship with the one and only I love, and anyone elses, I covet above all things else. Sure, it sounds cheesy, the whole "love" thing, but it makes many people happy, and it's why many of you will go out and stupidly try to find some poor sap-of-a-girl to sleep with tonight, and why a good deal of you are fanboys based on the sole fact that Sarah is female. If it were up to many people with a great, working relationship, talking about and discussing that relationship with any other than the two persons that need to be involved, or a counselor if need be, would be illegal and punishable by re-education in respect for your fellow man, your loved one, and your attitude towards women.

Obviously, you need any readjustment you can get. And, Inquisitor, you're right about the red flag. It was a bit of antagonization on her part. But I mean, come on. What if she honestly and genuinely trusts her image among viewers and trusts them to be gentle with her feelings? What if she 'genuinely' thinks that we really aren't bad people? And that's especially the point I wanted to bring-up by this comment. I don't mean to run it further into the ground and beat a dead horse, but for anyone that appreciates any sort of privacy and gentility, especially with their friends and family, should at least understand a 'little' bit of that... And by the way, the page doesn't work for me.

Does anyone have any clue why?

This will be my last on the subject, and then I'll put it to rest. Why should Sarah care what the viewers thinK? My point is that she should have been careful with what she posts in her forums, for precisely this reason. When you are in the spotlight, people will want to know everything about you, and this is no different. Take Morgan Webb, for instance. Do you see anything personal on her blog? And look at the crap that she gets for posting, all because she's a "celebrity". That's my point. You take a risk when ever you post any stuff about your personal life, and so people like Sarah become vulnerable to that sort of thing. So I guess all I'm saying is that Sarah should be more careful in the future, before she gets burned again.

Look peeps, Sarah doesn't owe anyone anything, whether she put it "in front of our face" or not. When it was still Tech TV, Sarah and Kevin's relationship was intriguing. How many places can you see something on TV like that? Most places don't let people in relationships work together. It was a side attraction that was cute, intriguing, but not what most people cared about or tuned into. And I'm a dude. Again, no matter what was "aired" with the whole thing, she doesn't owe you a damn thing.

I think this is a big scam and its all for the traffic to her site and G4.com and Systm.org and the other sites where most of these kids get this from. Well here's one for you. I emailed Ms. Lane yesterday and she replied. She didn't have to. I never expected her to. She ignored my being silly, which I do so oten in email, she ignored my silly questions since I am new to the whole blog and AOTS forums. (back surgery + no woman = free time) She was polite and to the point. Does she look overly happy? No. Would you be happy with a camera on you even when you are off the air? The chick is deep and she's being treated like eye candy and nothing else. I noticed today why she wouldn't look happy. Kevin P. treats her like shit. He acts like he owns the place. It pisses me off. She is a human being for crying out loud. Yeah I'm like so many of you (ie- a pathetic lonely person) but I'm not going to pick on her, insult her, OR profess undying love for someone I'll never meet. The world is crazy. There's only 'one' small problem with that, my friend. Nobody reads the comments above the latest ones. Meaning, anything below 10 comments above their own provided slot, is unheard. Especially when people spam or post in longaited replies. That, and I think the intrigue you pointed out earlier of which she set herself up for, was more interesting than you think in this case.

And this is a classic example of why tabloids sell. People are naturally curious. And even more-so at the level of intelligability of which they're capable. That, and gossip is just something we're almost bred to be responsive to. Though, you can just be one less person to care about it. Find an alternate solution. And if ever anyone else, celebrity or otherwise, asks for your help in a case like this, do what you can and that'll've been your solution.

Maybe because of his experience in radio and the way the industry represents itself, he's developed a habit of seeming a bit harsh at times.
